Customer Journey Tracking
- Added customer behavior tracking to Live Chat panel to follow customer journey in real time. This will then include, AI based marketing campaigns based on the intent score algorithm.

- Change the UI of Live Chat panel, streamlined user experience.

Email Collection
- Merchants can now collect emails from customers via our shopping assistant to ensure only verified emails are collected. This leads will then separated into segment with their actions for automated marketing campaigns like Abandoned Cart Recovery, Last visited items.
PDP Magic Blocks
- Redesigned PDP magic blocks. Previously, PDP magics are used to engage with customers by appearing top of our chatbot widget. We redesigned PDP magics as blocks, now they could be put as a block on PDP. See the image for reference.
